Risk Alert
Risk alerts update practitioners with real time notifications on citizens at risk, so they can act accordingly and support vulnerable people better. They are provided by the Council to enable practitioners to act appropriately in moments of heightened risk.

Use this pattern when it is important for practitioners to receive any information on citizens urgently and in real time in order to act quicker and better.
