This library collects tested delivery styles and service components that improve information flows, knowledge transfer and horizontal collaboration across local governments. It helps public services and teams to develop joined-up approaches with key stakeholders and agencies in order to tackle complex social issues. The patterns have been co-design and tested with practitioners, public services and agencies across the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and have the potential to trigger change in any local government.
